Mountmellick Farm is an up and coming Thoroughbred nursery in the heart of the Bluegrass. Comprised of 600 contiguous acres, of which 3.5 miles border the Elkhorn Creek in Lexington, Ky.  With a state-of-the-art facility, complete with four barns and 84 stalls, as well as spacious paddocks, Mountmellick Farm houses a broodmare band that numbers between 12-18 head and features some of the industry’s most fashionable pedigrees. The farm’s world-class mares are bred to leading stallions to produce the next generation of promising runners set to leave their mark on the racetrack.

In keeping its history alive, Mountmellick Farm, dedicates a majority of its land to Kentuckiana Farm, as they continue to thrive as a premier Standardbred boarding, breeding, and racing operation dedicated to success in the sales ring and on the racetrack.
